All of our washable fabrics (cotton, fustian, linen) are preshrunk in hot water and are put into a hot dryer before any garment is cut out.  This ensures that there is no shrinkage in our clothing under normal conditions.  Four-cone sergers are used on inside seams to prevent raveling.  All seams are then gone over with a conventional sewing machine, then topstitched for detail and added strength.

 Only top quality fabric, thread, buttons, and other notions are used in our garments.  We only make and sell what we can be proud of.  This label will assure you of our promise to hold to our very high standards.  Our label says it all.

   All of our work is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions.  If a problem arises, we will replace the garment or correct as required upon exchange.  We will not cover complaints due to misuse or abuse.  If a sizing problem occurs, we must be notified upon receipt of the garment.  At that time, you will be instructed on what to do.  We must receive the garment in question within 30 days of our shipping date.  Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

If the customer provides fabric for construction, Druid’s Oak cannot be responsible for the fabric’s condition.  The customer must wash, dry and press the fabric before it is shipped to us. 

SHIPPING:  All orders are shipped via Priority Mail, insured.  At the time of your order, we will give you the shipping and handling charges.

 PAYMENT:  We accept checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards.
